UNS C70600 yog tooj liab-nickel alloy uas muaj 90% tooj liab thiab 10% npib tsib xee. Nws kuj muaj me me ntawm cov hlau thiab manganese, uas txhim kho nws lub zog thiab corrosion kuj. Ntxiv nickel txhim khu cov dej hiav txwv corrosion thiab biofouling kuj, ua rau nws yog ib qho khoom siv zoo tshaj plaws rau kev siv dej hiav txwv.
UNS C70600 muaj ntau daim ntawv thov, suav nrog cov kav dej hiav txwv, cov khoom siv hluav taws xob, cov condensers, li qub, fittings, thiab twj tso kua mis. Nws kuj tseem siv rau hauv cov chaw tsim hluav taws xob, cov nroj tsuag desalination, thiab cov qauv hauv ntug dej hiav txwv. Cov khoom siv tau zoo heev rau biofouling thiab corrosion nyob rau hauv seawater ua rau nws zoo tagnrho rau marine daim ntaub ntawv xws li shipbuilding, underwater engineering, thiab desalination khoom.
UNS C70600 muaj Rockwell hardness ntawm B75. Nws softness pub yooj yim fabrication thiab machining, ua rau nws yog ib tug nrov xaiv rau complex Cheebtsam thiab cov qauv.
UNS C70600 tsis xav tau kev kho cua sov. Cov ntaub ntawv tuaj yeem raug muab tshem tawm ntawm 650 degree rau ib teev los txhim kho nws cov machinability thiab formability. Txawm li cas los xij, yog tias cua sov siab tshaj 800 degree, cov khoom siv tuaj yeem tsim cov theem nkig uas txo nws cov khoom siv tshuab.
UNS C70600 tuaj yeem welded siv cov txheej txheem vuam xws li TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), MIG (Hlau Inert Gas), thiab submerged arc vuam. Txawm li cas los xij, siv Cu-Ni muab tub lim hlau nrog ntau dua 60% cov ntsiab lus npib tsib xee raug pom zoo rau cov khoom siv kho tshuab zoo dua thiab tiv thaiv corrosion.
UNS C70600 yog nto moo rau nws zoo heev tiv thaiv corrosion nyob rau hauv seawater, brine daws, thiab lwm yam aggressive tshuaj ib puag ncig. Nws muaj tus nqi qis biofouling, txhais tau tias nws tsis txhawb cov kab mob marine loj hlob ntawm nws qhov chaw. Cov khoom siv kuj muaj kev tiv thaiv zoo heev rau kev ntxhov siab corrosion cracking, ua rau nws zoo tagnrho rau kev pabcuam mus sij hawm ntev hauv marine ib puag ncig.
